In similar fashion to Hone Woodworks children’s toys, I will be repurposing wood as much as possible in making handcrafted wooden kitchen laminated cutting boards and utensils.
Many of these woods are commonly used in both high end, handcrafted electric guitars and cutting boards. Woods such as Maple, Cherry, Walnut, Bubinga, and Padauk to name just a few.

Children's Toys

Hone Woodworks children’s toys will be made from woods originally selected for Hone Guitars. In handcrafted electric guitar production, there are sections of wood that are trimmed or cut away and are not used in the final product.
The use of these unused portions of guitar wood for children’s toys is an environmentally responsible practice by repurposing resources and minimizing waste as much as possible.
